- BSc- and MSc-research projects
We have possibilities for BSc and MSc student projects, and foreign students (e.g. Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci) are welcome. Student projects generally last from 6 to 12 months and are linked to the research projects mentioned on our web page. For information contact one of the staff members.
Possible techniques to be applied in a student project:
Molecular biological techniques (e.g. DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, cloning)
Biochemical and biophysical analyses
Whole-mount in situ hybridisation and/or immunohistochemistry of zebrafish embryos
Micro-injection of morpholinos into zebrafish embryos
Animal tissue culture and transfection
Fluorescence/confocal microscopy
Microarray analysis
Cell migration assays
Inflammation and infection assays
Tumor growth and angiogenesis assays
